Job summary

Stoney Clover Lane is seeking a Senior Director of E-Commerce to own and grow the digital business across online and stores. You’ll set strategy, lead a data-driven team, and drive omnichannel initiatives like BOPIS and ship-from-store, partnering with Retail, Marketing and Finance.

The role requires 10+ years in e-commerce with P&L accountability, deep Shopify Plus experience, NetSuite/ERP familiarity, and a strong CRM/data analytics background. Hybrid NYC HQ position.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in e-commerce, including 5+ years leading a DTC business with P&L accountability.
• Hands-on omnichannel retail experience (BOPIS, ship-from-store, unified inventory).
• Deep Shopify Plus experience. NetSuite or ERP integration is a plus.
• Track record running high-demand product drops or collab launches.
• Strong CRM background with tools such as Klaviyo and Attentive, including lifecycle, segmentation and incrementality testing.
• Strong analytical skills with GA4, Shopify analytics and BI tools; comfort with financial reconciliation.
• Experience managing customer service teams or outsourcing partners.
• Proven people leader who builds teams and collaborates with Retail, Marketing and Finance.
• Background in accessories, fashion or lifestyle brands preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual, monthly and weekly e-commerce demand plan and forecast accuracy.
• Deliver sales, gross margin and contribution targets; reconcile demand to net sales with Finance.
• Lead omnichannel initiatives and store integration (BOPIS, ship-from-store, endless aisle).
• Own CRM strategy and email/SMS programs for lifecycle marketing and loyalty.
