Williams is seeking an E&C Project Manager III/Senior to lead moderate-to-large-scale initiatives in oil and gas, focusing on PLC/Stage-Gate processes and facility construction/operations. You will drive schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation across the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong leadership, detailed economic analyses, and collaboration with commercial, engineering, permitting, and operations teams to optimize profitability and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management required; PMP/PE preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years in oil & gas engineering/project management for PM III.
• Minimum ten (10) years in oil & gas engineering/project management for Senior PM.
• Experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary project teams and delivering on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Leads teams to execute complex project plans, coordinating with partners and delivering results on time.
• Sets up core project teams to enable collaboration and objectives.
• Develops reports, schedules, and cost forecasts to maintain control.
• Presents recommendations grounded in engineering principles to meet reliability targets.
