Job summary

Williams is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Tulsa, OK to lead large-scale oil and gas projects with a focus on safety, efficiency, and profitability. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules, and contractor relations to deliver results aligned with corporate objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering or construction management and 10+ years in oil and gas project management, with travel up to 25-50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum ten (10) years’ experience in oil and gas engineering/project management.
• PMP or PE certification preferred.
• Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office and PC tools.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team to implement project plans with significant complexity, coordinating with internal and external partners.
• Sets up core project team to achieve objectives.
• Coordinates key functions with technical resources under the Project Life Cycle guidance.
• Develops and implements project reports, presentations, schedules and costing forecasts.
• Presents recommendations that improve reliability and reduce project risks.
• Prepares, reviews and approves requests for proposals and contractor selection.
• Understands the economic impact of the project to drive solutions.
• Anticipates issues and analyzes alternatives to make important decisions.
• Develops optimum project solutions to improve life-cycle profitability.
• Manages mid-to-large scale projects with a focus on delivering results on time.
• Leads project teams and contractors; accountability for results.
