Job summary

Williams in Houston, TX is seeking a Sr/Staff Project Manager to lead complex oil and gas initiatives. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with partners, and drive cost and schedule forecasts in a safety-first environment.

Required: 15+ years in oil & gas project management, Bachelor's in engineering; PMP/PE and MS Project are a plus. Hybrid work is available, with travel up to 50% as needed to support project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required; minimum 15 years in oil & gas engineering or project management.
• Master's degree in business, project management or engineering management is preferred; PMP/PE and MS Project Certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams on large, complex projects with safety, efficiency and profitability as priorities.
• Set up core project teams and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Develop and implement project reports, schedules and costing forecasts.
• Review proposals, evaluate contractors, and support supplier selection.
• Communicate recommendations to drive reliable, economical project outcomes.
