Job summary

Solera is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics System Analyst to lead the migration of our AX 2012 instance to D365 F&O and support the ongoing ERP environment. The role focuses on designing, testing, and enabling automated financial processes across PO, AP, GL, FA and AR, with close collaboration across Finance, IT and Operations.

You will document FinOps processes, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure ERP stability while delivering month-end reconciliations and variance analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience with D365 F&O and AX2012.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with MS technologies that complement D365 F&O (Task Recorder, RSAT, Logic Apps).

Responsibilities

• Lead FinOps initiatives, developments, and key objectives.
• Document and maintain FinOps internal processes and drive improvements.
• Lead improvements related to PO, AP, GL, FA, and AR.
• Design new FinOps processes; ensure stability and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT to automate manual processes.
• Lead meetings with user groups, super users, and functional leaders.
• Analyze business requirements to standardize ERP practices.
• Proactively update and test ERP functionality; educate SMEs/BPOs.
• Develop new financial logic and setup in ERP.
• Support Finance SME/BPOs and month-end close activities.
• Create process documentation via MS Task Recorder and RSAT.
