Job summary

Solera is a global leader in data and software services, delivering connected digital experiences across the vehicle lifecycle. We are migrating from AX 2012 to D365 F&O and seeking a Senior Dynamics System Analyst to design, develop, test, and support the ERP environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; 3–5 years of experience.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-driven with the ability to lead a team.
• Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and account reconciliation skills.
• Solution-oriented with process improvements.
• Strong communication across functions.
• Experience with D365 F&O and AX2012 a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead FinOps initiatives and key objectives.
• Document and improve internal FinOps processes.
• Enhance PO, AP, GL, FA, AR related systems.
• Design and streamline processes, ensure stability.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT to automate processes.
• Lead user groups and drive changes.
• Analyze internal requirements to standardize ERP use.
• Prepare month-end reconciliations and P&L analysis.
• Support finance SMEs and RSAT test automation.
• Create/maintain process documentation with MS tools.
