Job summary

Subaru of America, Inc. in Camden, NJ, seeks a Sr. Software Engineer to lead design, development, and support of business-critical apps on the Microsoft stack. You will spend roughly 80% of your time programming and 20% on business analysis, focusing on Dynamics 365, .NET/C#, Azure, Dataverse, and Power Platform.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements, and contribute to scalable, secure solutions. Hybrid role with remote days after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent.
• 4–6 years designing and developing enterprise apps using Microsoft tech.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 and/or Dataverse development/administration.
• Experience with Power Platform and Azure services preferred.
• Understanding SDLC, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Provide 24/7 production support and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions and drive best practices.
• Support CI/CD and source control through Azure DevOps and Git.
