Job summary

Subaru of America in Camden, NJ seeks an experienced Application Engineer IV to lead CRM engineering across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure. You will set technical direction, architecture, and standards while mentoring engineers and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

In this role you will drive complex integrations, ensure security/compliance, and own the ALM/DevOps backbone for the CRM platform, with a hybrid work arrangement and remote 2 days per week after 90 days.

Qualifications

8-10 years of progressive IT experience in enterprise CRM environments.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure.
Experience defining architecture and engineering standards for a team.

Responsibilities

Architect and build the most complex Dynamics 365/Power Platform solutions across Azure.
Provide expert Dataverse plugin development and client-side scripting.
Review vendor deliverables for quality and standards alignment.
Define and maintain the CRM platform roadmap and ALM/DevOps backbone.
Mentor engineers and ensure security/compliance across the platform.
