Job summary

Subaru of America in Camden, NJ seeks an IT Manager for the TechShare team to lead developers, analysts, and vendors in delivering a multi-platform application stack. You will drive operational support and strategic initiatives, balancing business partnerships with technical leadership to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure platforms.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading technical and functional teams supporting enterprise business applications.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application ecosystems including SaaS platforms and internally developed solutions.
• Demonstrated technical expertise with prior hands-on development experience in one or more programming languages, frameworks, or enterprise platforms.
• Preferred: experience with mobile application development.
• Preferred: experience integrating SaaS with enterprise systems using APIs or middleware.
• Experience in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Service & Quality leadership to develop and evolve TechShare strategy and roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology enablement and system optimization.
• Oversee design, configuration, integration, and ongoing support of business application platforms.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture.</br>
• Lead, coach, and mentor IT professionals responsible for application delivery and support.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure value and compliance.
• Ensure governance, data protection, privacy regulations, and cybersecurity standards are followed.
• Oversee project priorities, budgeting, and program delivery.
