Job summary

Shimadzu Scientific Instruments in Columbia, MD is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Lead to guide the design, configuration, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service solutions. You will partner with stakeholders, IT teams, system integrators, and vendors to ensure scalable and secure platforms.

You will lead solution design, governance, and cross-team collaboration, leveraging D365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure capabilities to support Sales,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• Seven+ years leading enterprise CRM/Field Service implementations.
• 3+ years with Dynamics 365 CE including Sales and Field Service.
• Strong knowledge of D365 CE, Power Platform, Dataverse, integrations, and governance.
• Certifications like PL-200, PL-400, PL-600 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution design for Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service.
• Guide configuration decisions balancing functionality, cost, and security.
• Provide senior technical leadership from discovery through deployment and stabilization.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and governance standards.
• Collaborate with Microsoft, SI partners, and internal teams to manage dependencies.
