Job summary

Shimadzu Scientific Instruments, Inc. is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Lead to guide the design, configuration, implementation, stabilization, and continuous improvement of our Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service solutions.

You will provide senior technical leadership across the full solution lifecycle, partnering with business stakeholders, IT teams, SI partners, Microsoft, and vendors. This role focuses on scalable, secure, and maintainable solution designs, governance, and

Qualifications

Seven or more years of experience implementing, configuring, supporting, and leading enterprise CRM/Field Service systems.
At least three years hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including Sales and Field Service.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and enterprise integration patterns.
Experience with AI-enabled technologies within Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead technical solution design for Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, and Power Platform initiatives.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable designs with governance.
Provide senior technical leadership from discovery through deployment and stabilization.
Collaborate with stakeholders, SI partners, Microsoft, and third‑party vendors to review deliverables.
