Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate to functional designs and configs.
• Develop design documentation for customizations and integrations.
• Advise clients on supply chain improvements and efficiency gains.
• Plan and execute testing activities including UAT.
• Collaborate with teams for data conversions and integrations.
• Lead client workshops and training sessions.
• Provide go-live and post-production support.
