Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Senior Functional Consultant to design, configure, and implement ERP solutions for manufacturing clients. You will help modernize back-office operations, enhance financial processes, and lead projects from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.

The role requires 4+ years of D365 Finance experience, strong ledger knowledge, and ability to manage stakeholder relationships while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit and collections.
• Experience supporting integrations, data conversions, and system customizations.
• Experience leading client workshops and managing stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement D365 Finance modules, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, credit and collections, cash and bank management, fixed assets, and cost management.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and functional specifications.
• Manage month-end close improvements, cash application, and back-office automation.
• Develop test plans, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide post-go-live support and client workshops, mentoring junior consultants.
