Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Senior Functional Consultant to design, configure, and implement ERP solutions for manufacturing clients in the United States. You will lead requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support, ensuring delivery excellence.

The role emphasizes functional leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior consultants while identifying opportunities to grow Crowe's ERP practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit and collections.
• Experience supporting integrations, data conversions, and system customizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement D365 Finance modules (GL, AP/AR, credit & collections, cash & bank, fixed assets).
• Lead requirements gathering and translate into functional designs.
• Drive process redesign and optimization for month-end close and cash applications.
• Develop, execute and document test plans and user acceptance tests.
• Lead client workshops and provide post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to deliver on time and scope.
