Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Senior Functional Consultant to design, configure, and implement ERP solutions for manufacturing clients. You will lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support.

Responsibilities include configuring modules such as GL, AP/AR, credit & collections, and cash management, while mentoring junior consultants and driving client relationships. Travel up to 80% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of Dynamics 365 Finance implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of GL, AP, AR, and credit & collections.
• Experience with integrations, data conversions, and system customizations.
• Experience leading client workshops and managing stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement D365 Finance modules, including: General ledger, Accounts payable and receivable, Credit and collections, Cash and bank management.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
• Develop and execute test plans, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate customizations and data conversions with technical teams; produce functional docs.
• Lead client workshops, training sessions, and user adoption activities.
