Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Senior Functional Consultant to design, configure, and implement ERP solutions for manufacturing clients. You will help modernize back-office operations and improve financial processes, including month-end close and cash management.

As a trusted advisor, lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit and collections.
• Experience with fixed assets, cost management, and cost accounting.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and develop functional design documentation.
• Experience supporting integrations, data conversions, and system customizations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement D365 Finance modules (GL, AP/AR, credit & collections, cash & bank management, fixed assets, cost management).
• Translate business requirements into functional specs and solution designs.
• Lead process redesign and back-office optimization, including month-end close improvements.
• Develop and execute test plans, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Create functional docs, process designs, reports, test scripts, and training materials.
• Lead client workshops and manage stakeholder relationships.
