Job summary

MSM Technology, in collaboration with the Department of State, seeks a Senior Software Developer, Applications, to advance enterprise applications using Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and .NET technologies. You will collaborate with government stakeholders to design, implement, and sustain solutions aligning with user needs and security requirements.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT services or development experience.
Experience migrating and developing IT applications.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
2-5 years of cloud environment experience.
Hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Strong development experience with C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API.
Experience integrating enterprise apps via REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML.
Strong SQL Server experience with data queries and reporting.
Ability to lead projects using Scrum/Agile.
Experience leading teams and motivating members.
Federal Government experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Inform the Project Manager, COR, and GTM of IT operations and development issues promptly.
Lead transformation of legacy applications and design modernized interfaces and architectures.
Oversee migration from current platforms to cloud-based platforms with stakeholders.
Attend customer meetings as requested and act as liaison for technical solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and CRM security models.
Develop CRM plugins, JavaScript resources, and custom logic using C#, JavaScript, and Dynamics SDK.
Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows for process automation.
Develop and enhance .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS based applications.
Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform with external systems using REST, OData, JSON, XML.
Support SQL Server database development including stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting.
Support notifications, workflows, and business logic; troubleshoot and implement enhancements.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate across teams to deliver quality software.
