Job summary

DMI is seeking a Software Developer - Systems (O&M) to support enterprise Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for Federal Government clients. You will design, develop, configure, test, and integrate CRM solutions within an Agile team, working with business stakeholders and technical leads.

The role requires hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server, with an emphasis on secure, scalable solutions and effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong development experience with C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, or similar Microsoft technologies.
• Experience integrating enterprise apps using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML.
• Strong SQL Server experience, including stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting queries.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Ability to communicate technically with stakeholders and clients.
• Active Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom CRM functionality including plugins, web resources, entities, forms, and workflows.
• Design and implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Hands-on development with C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API and related Microsoft tech.
• Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise apps using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML.
• Maintain SQL Server databases with stored procedures, views, and reporting queries.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Communicate progress, issues, and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
