Job summary

PBG’s McLean, VA office seeks a Senior Software Developer, Applications to support a federal government client’s enterprise applications platform. You will lead design, development, and migration across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, .NET, and SQL Server, while liaising with Government stakeholders and guiding Agile delivery.

Responsibilities include transforming legacy apps, cloud migrations, and delivering high-quality software aligned with Government priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT services or software development experience.
• Experience migrating and developing IT applications.
• Cloud environment experience 2–5 years minimum.
• Hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM solutions development.
• Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong Microsoft stack skills (C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API).
• Experience integrating enterprise apps with REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, integration, and migration of enterprise apps.
• Coordinate migrations from current platforms to cloud-based platforms.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison to government stakeholders.
• Lead Agile/Scrum delivery and team ceremonies.
• Develop and enhance CRM and Power Platform solutions.
• Implement and maintain custom entities, forms, workflows, and security roles.
• Provide technical leadership and coordinate cross-disciplinary delivery.
