Job summary

PulteGroup is seeking a Lead Developer for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform in a hybrid role based in Buckhead, GA or Phoenix, AZ. You will provide senior technical leadership, design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise-scale business solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards.

The role emphasizes mentoring, governance, and implementing AI capabilities within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem while driving best practices across the development team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dataverse, solution management, security model configuration, and platform customization.
• Minimum 8 years of software development experience, including at least 5 years focused on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a technical subject matter expert across all phases of development, providing architectural guidance and direction.
• Leads the team to design and implement enterprise solutions leveraging Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure services and related Microsoft technologies.
• Determines testing methodology and develops comprehensive test plans; supports deployment and operational success.
• Mentors and coaches staff; reviews code, integrations, and deployment approaches to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
