Job summary

ValoreMVP is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to serve as the functional and technical SME for an enterprise Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform environment. You will analyze complex business and system processes, manage requirements, configure the platform, and provide tier-3 support while leading initiatives across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a Business or Systems Analyst role.
• 4+ years configuring, administering, and supporting Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Service/Customer Insights.
• 4+ years with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate).
• Proficiency writing SQL queries.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum.
• Strong attention to detail and communication.
• Customer-focused, collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and system processes, data, integrations, and reporting.
• Define, document, test, and manage requirements.
• Configure Dynamics 365 to meet business needs.
• Manage defects across applications, systems, and databases.
• Provide tier-3 support and on-call coverage.
• Create and maintain system documentation and artifacts.
• Lead process improvement and tool evaluation.
• Advise teams on technology solutions.
