Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day administration, support, maintenance and implementation of Microsoft Business Applications.
• Research and resolve incidents, file tickets and escalate when needed.
• Serve as SME and escalation path for Microsoft Business applications.
• Establish and enforce best practices for design, installation and maintenance.
• Assist with PowerPlatform governance and CoE initiatives.
