Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Senior Functional Consultant to design, configure, and implement ERP solutions for manufacturing clients. You will modernize back-office operations and improve financial processes, including month-end close, AP/AR, credit & collections, and cash management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit and collections.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement D365 Finance modules: GL, AP/AR, credit & collections, cash & bank, fixed assets, cost management.
• Gather requirements and translate them into functional design documentation.
• Lead business process redesign and optimization for month-end close and cash application.
• Develop and execute test plans and perform integration testing.
• Validate customizations, integrations and data conversions with technical teams.
• Create functional documents, process designs, report specs, test scripts, and training materials.
• Lead client workshops, training sessions, and user adoption activities.
• Serve as primary client contact for D365 Finance and provide post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, PMs, and consultants to deliver on time and scope.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices.
• Identify business development opportunities and grow Crowe ERP practice.
