Crowe is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Senior Functional Consultant to design, configure, and implement ERP solutions for manufacturing clients. You will lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support.

You will collaborate with colleagues across disciplines, mentor junior consultants, and help grow Crowe's ERP practice while delivering value to clients and ensuring project success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit and collections.
• Experience with fixed assets, cost management, and cost accounting.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and develop functional design documentation.
• Experience supporting integrations, data conversions, and system customizations.
• Strong understanding of month-end close, cash application, credit management, and bank reconciliation.
• Experience leading client workshops and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a consulting environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and implement D365 Finance modules across GL, AP/AR, cash management, assets, cost management.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, go-live.
• Develop and execute test plans including integration and user acceptance testing.
• Validate customizations and data conversions with technical teams.
• Create functional docs, process designs, reports, scripts, and training materials.
• Lead client workshops and user-adoption activities.
• Provide post-go-live support and act as primary D365 Finance contact.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, PMs to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices.
• Identify business development opportunities for Crowe ERP practice.
