Job summary

Premera is seeking a Software Development Engineer IV to provide technical leadership across enterprise software projects on a hybrid Mountlake Terrace, WA campus. The role emphasizes driving Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities, Power Platform components, and data integrations while guiding teams and ensuring delivery excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in CS or IS.
8+ years of software development experience with lifecycle knowledge.
5+ years of Dynamics 365 experience and related tooling.

Responsibilities

Lead design, build, and maintain CRM capabilities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Canvas Apps, model‑driven apps, Power Automate).
Support integrations with Genesys, Facets, and other systems to create a unified platform.
Develop and modify code and CI/CD processes; create SDLC artifacts.
Analyze and resolve production issues, performance tuning, and root‑cause analysis.
Provide technical leadership and collaborate with IT leaders to drive solutions.
