Job summary

FloresHR seeks a CRM Senior Developer/Administrator to own Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the related Power Platform environment. You will handle day-to-day administration, development, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement while partnering with Product, Engineering, and external implementation resources.

Collaborating with business stakeholders, you will translate needs into practical configurations and customizations, document processes, and promote CRM reliability

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Dynamics CRM including admin and development.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dataverse, security, solutions, and Power Automate.
• Experience with JavaScript in Dynamics 365, C# plugins, REST APIs or Dataverse Web API.
• Experience with system integrations, data synchronization, deployment across environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dataverse.
• Provide user support and escalate complex issues.
• Configure and develop tables, fields, forms, dashboards, and business rules.
• Develop customizations using JavaScript, C#, plugins, and Dataverse Web API.
• Manage deployments across development, test, and production environments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and external resources on enhancements.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, automations, and integrations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
