Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in professional software engineering.
- 5+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- 3+ years in technical leadership, teams or programs.
- Experience across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and enterprise integrations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 Contact Center solutions.
- Develop integrated customer service experiences using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Establish engineering standards, coding practices, and architecture patterns.
- Create technical documentation including diagrams and integration designs.
- Mentor engineers, analysts, and consultants on implementation approaches.
