Job summary

Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer to own the Dynamics 365 CRM/Contact Center platform and related Power Platform ecosystem. The role is hands-on, with architectural ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to drive automation and AI capabilities.

You will work with Product Development, Data, and IT teams, with remote work in the United States and occasional travel up to 5% including New York City interviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and delivering Dynamics 365/Power Platform solutions.
• Strong C#, JavaScript, .NET development and SDK experience.
• Experience with Azure services, APIs, and integrations.
• Familiar with SDLC and SaaS best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, custom dev, and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 CRM/Contact Center.
• Design and maintain plugins, workflows, and extensions with Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Build and enhance Power Platform solutions (Power Automate/Apps/BI/Pages/VAs).
• Develop and maintain integrations across Dynamics, Azure, APIs, and third parties.
• Implement AI features like Copilot and Contact Center AI (sentiment, agent assist, transcription).
• Manage code repositories, pipelines, and release processes via Azure DevOps.
• Support SharePoint Online integrations for knowledge management with IT teams.
• Maintain performance, security, data integrity, and governance.
• Provide escalated support and coordinate with Microsoft and vendors.
• Document standards and best practices across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Data and Business teams on integrations and reporting.
• Monitor roadmap, evaluate new features, and automate where possible.
• Participate in maintenance windows and after-hours incidents as needed.
