Job summary

Ludia Consulting is seeking a Sr. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Field Service/ Project Ops Consultant to work remotely in the US. You will translate functional concepts into technical Dynamics solutions, supporting Azure and Office 365 discussions with clients.

You’ll lead client engagements, perform workshops, and deliver end-to-end configurations across D365 CE Sales and Project Operations while collaborating with a distributed Delivery team.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales and Project Operations.
Experience delivering solutions through full project lifecycle from discovery to go-live and hyper-care.
Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Power Platform, and Power BI capabilities.

Responsibilities

Execute project delivery with client interaction, analyzing processes and optimizing performance.
Collaborate with Delivery team to implement data migration, integration, training, and custom development.
Lead requirements workshops, perform fit-gap analyses, and design scalable D365 CE solutions.
