Job summary

Ladders seeks a Sr Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Developer to design and deliver enterprise CRM solutions, enhancing case management and client workflows. You will partner with clients and technical teams to translate business needs into practical system designs, integrations, and customizations across the full project lifecycle.

The role spans discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and delivery, with remote-US flexibility.

Qualifications

US citizenship required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
7+ years of professional experience
4+ years in enterprise-level CRM solutions
Experience in Power Platform development
Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel 25%
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Design and deliver case management solutions in collaboration with a technical team
Ensure high-quality project outcomes while collaborating with clients
Gather and propose technical requirements based on client needs
Contribute to all project phases of CRM implementations
Participate in client discovery meetings to discuss data needs
Translate concepts into user flows and system diagrams
Develop integrations and customizations for CRM solutions
