Job summary

TechDigital Group in Parsippany, NJ, seeks a senior Dynamics 365 functional consultant with CE and Field Service expertise. You will own designs, configurations, and integrations across work orders, scheduling, mobile access, and security to support multi-site deployments.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across logistics, manufacturing, and IT, driving standardization and rapid issue resolution while ensuring production readiness from SIT through go-live.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Dynamics 365 functional consulting with CE and Field Service expertise.
• Deep knowledge of Field Service work orders, scheduling, inspections, mobile, security, workflows and configuration.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with Dynamics integrations and the full lifecycle from design through production support.
• Hands-on functional expertise; this is not primarily a requirement-coordination or project-management role.

Responsibilities

• Own functional design, process discovery, fit-gap analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria and solution validation.
• Provide hands-on expertise across work orders, incident types, resources, scheduling, inspections, mobile, security and workflows.
• Drive a standard-first approach and challenge unnecessary customization.
• Configure, validate and troubleshoot Dynamics functionality across development, test, UAT and production.
• Ensure integration with mobile solutions, integration services, transportation systems, data platforms and other applications.
• Lead readiness for SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare and support multi-site rollout and transition to operations.
