Job summary

AutoZone seeks an experienced Dynamics 365 CE/CRM architect/developer to design and implement enterprise CRM solutions. You will architect customizations, reports, plugins, and data pipelines, while aligning business requirements with technical constraints.

The role involves cloud data integration using Azure Data Factory, PowerApps, Flow orchestration, and CRM SDK-based development. Strong SQL, REST/ODATA, and security modeling are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or STEM from an accredited university.
• 12+ years of recent experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM projects.
• Experience in customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, MVC, SQL Server including plugins.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SSIS, Azure deployment pipelines, Github.
• Experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints; security groups, roles and teams.
• Proficient with Visual Studio, source control and CRM SDK; strong communication skills.
• Microsoft Certifications on Dynamics 365 CE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participating in design sessions with business users to document processes and requirements.
• Architecting the CRM system, customizations and reports to model business processes.
• Balance user requests with technical constraints; build forms, views, dashboards and workflows.
• Develop plugins, deployments, debugging; build D365 CDS PowerApps models; automate processes with Flow.
• Develop Azure Data Factory pipelines and flows; write reports using FetchXML.
• Maintain code repository; work with support to resolve CRM system issues; ensure security configurations.
