Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology experience focused on Dynamics CRM/365.
• Hands-on architecture and implementation in Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Strong Power Platform experience: Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services for enterprise integrations.
• Azure DevOps or GitHub for CI/CD and ALM.
• Experience with data migration, security models, and Dataverse.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Techno-Functional/Technical Architect for Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform.
• Lead customer workshops to capture business processes and future-state objectives.
• Translate requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform designs.
• Design end-to-end architectures across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and integrations.
• Guide integrations using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).
• Define data models, security, and ALM practices; enforce standards.
• Provide technical governance and mentor delivery teams; ensure quality.
