Job summary

We are seeking an experienced CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.

The ideal candidate will have 6-10+ years of hands-on development experience, strong Dataverse skills, and a track record delivering complex integrations with REST/Web APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Power Automate. Experience with Azure DevOps/Git for CI/CD is required.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of CRM development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Experience developing plugins, workflows, custom actions, and APIs.
• Experience with Dataverse and Dynamics 365 solution architecture.
• Experience building integrations using REST/Web APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Power Automate.
• Experience with Azure DevOps/Git for source control and CI/CD.
• Understanding of CRM security model, business units, teams, roles, and access controls.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 CE/CRM applications.
• Develop entities/tables, forms, views, business rules, workflows, dashboards, and security roles.
• Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, custom actions, and APIs using C#/.NET.
• Work with Dataverse and Dynamics 365 solution architecture.
• Build integrations between Dynamics 365 and external apps using REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Power Automate.
• Support data migration, transformation, and integration activities.
• Use Azure DevOps/Git for source control, CI/CD, release management, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, performance, and production issues.
• Collaborate with consultants, analysts, architects, and stakeholders.
