Job summary

Advaiya Solutions seeks an experienced ERP consultant to lead discovery workshops, analyze ERP landscapes, and define project scope for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will guide architecture, data models, integrations, and testing, while coordinating with senior stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in ERP consulting (3+ years BC/Nav) and proven BC implementation or migration experience, plus hands-on UAT and go-live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years ERP consulting experience, with at least 3+ years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Business Central implementations, upgrades, or migration projects.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Experience conducting discovery workshops, requirement gathering, and business process mapping.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification (preferred).
• Experience working directly with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with business and functional stakeholders to understand processes, objectives, constraints, and success measures.
• Analyze existing ERP landscapes and identify opportunities to improve processes with minimal disruption.
• Define project scope, priorities, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and implementation approach.
• Conduct fit-gap assessments and recommend standard BC capabilities, extensions, or changes.
• Define functional architecture, data models, security, integration needs, and UX expectations.
• Produce detailed functional specs, process docs, configuration designs, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Define configuration requirements across Business Central modules and ensure alignment with designs.
• Review and approve configuration, migration, and testing work by junior consultants and AI-assisted tools.
• Support user acceptance testing by validating business scenarios and outcomes.
