Job summary

XTIVIA, Inc. seeks a Sr. Business Central Consultant who partners with clients to translate requirements into functional ERP solutions and ensures successful Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.

You will lead client discovery, document business processes, and collaborate with technical teams to deploy Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory, and related BC modules. A strong background in ERP projects and MB-800 certification is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or in a similar client-facing ERP consulting role.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate (MB-800) certification.
• Demonstrated success deploying Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV ERP solutions from discovery through implementation.
• Hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions to gather and document business requirements and objectives.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Configure, customize, and implement Business Central ERP modules to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to improve processes and operations.
• Lead functional testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Deliver end-user training and post-implementation support.
