Job summary

Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) in New York seeks a CRM Developer/Computer Systems Manager to design, implement, and maintain scalable Dynamics 365 CRM solutions on the Azure stack. You will own technical direction, configuration, and integration across enterprise systems, while guiding a team of developers.

The role requires strong leadership, expert Dynamics 365 experience, and the ability to translate business needs into technical designs.

Qualifications

Master's degree in computer science and 3+ years of IT experience including applications development and systems development.
Experience leading architecture, configuration, customization, and integration of Dynamics 365 CRM.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical designs and tasks.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, secure, high-performance solutions on the Azure stack and Dynamics 365 CRM.
Own the technical direction of enterprise .NET and Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across configuration, customization, and integration.
Lead solution architecture and establish coding standards across the development team.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and pairing.
Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other enterprise systems and RESTful APIs.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
Perform QA testing, unit and integration tests, and identify bugs and performance issues.
Scale applications to meet SLAs and business requirements.
