Job summary

Krasan Consulting Services seeks a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and architecture of enterprise Dynamics 365 solutions within our Product Management Transformation initiative.

You will drive integration with existing systems, ensure security, performance, and scalability, and work with business and IT stakeholders to shape roadmaps and guide cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP) in large-scale deployments.
  • Proven ability to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud and Azure Data & Integration Services.
  • Proficient in .NET Core development for extending Dynamics 365.
  • Excellent communication with stakeholders and leadership of cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and technical standards, with a focus on security, scalability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to define Dynamics 365 requirements, lead workshops, and manage customizations for modules like CRM and ERP.

  • Ensure system performance, security, and compliance with industry standards like GDPR and HIPAA, and implement governance to manage technical risks.
  • Work with stakeholders and end-users to gather feedback, communicate technical ideas clearly, and recommend new technologies to improve business outcomes.

We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Solution Architect to join our team. You will play a critical role in driving the success of our Product Management Transformation project. This initiative focuses on reshaping the way our Client team delivers technical support, services, and capabilities to customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring seamless integration with the existing systems while maintaining high performance, scalability, and security. You will work closely with the business, IT teams, and stakeholders to define architecture strategy, build implementation roadmaps, and provide guidance for complex technical projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 8–10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP, Operations) in large-scale enterprise implementations.
  • Proven ability to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex Dynamics 365 solutions, including customizations, integrations, and legacy modernization.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud and Azure Data & Integration Services—including Data Factory, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and related frameworks for secure, high-performance data orchestration.
  • Proficient in .NET Core development for extending and integrating Dynamics 365 and Azure-based components.
  • Skilled in architecting and implementing CRM-based solutions that enhance business automation, workflow optimization, and customer engagement.
  • Demonstrated architecture and design expertise, including developing scalable, modular, and cloud-native solutions across hybrid and enterprise ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of data management, APIs, and microservices architecture, enabling seamless integration across platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficient in .NET Core development, demonstrating advanced programming and integration capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and ensuring clarity in technical and business discussions.
  • Knowledge of PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate for extending Dynamics 365 functionality.
  • Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps and Jira for project tracking, collaboration, and reporting.
  • Experience in public sector environments, particularly within child welfare or social services.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert, and Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate.
  • Understanding compliance standards such as NIST, HIPAA, and security best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of security architecture and compliance requirements, including integration into data compliance narratives, rules, auto-auditing, and event-handlers.
  • Knowledge of integrating Dynamics 365 with legacy systems to ensure efficient workflows and seamless system interoperability.
