You bring 10+ years in business analysis within P&C insurance, strong Duck Creek Policy experience, and expertise in agile environments to drive successful policy lifecycle initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience in P&C insurance.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for Duck Creek Policy implementations and enhancements.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Document complex requirements, user stories, and functional specs.
• Support policy lifecycle processes and policy administration workflows.
• Review configurations against documented business requirements and support testing.
