Job summary

Next Level Solutions (NLS) is expanding its Duck Creek Billing team. As a Senior Developer – Billing, you will build and support custom applications powering Duck Creek Billing products, working with analysts, architects, SMEs, and leadership to shape solutions.

You will own design and delivery across the Duck Creek platform, including Author, Express, Server, and Billing Integration. Bring strong SQL, C#, APIs, and debugging skills to mentor peers and deliver value for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience or equivalent training.
• 3+ years of experience with Duck Creek product lines and development toolsets.
• Thorough understanding of ManuScript components and inheritance structures/ designs.
• Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Author (Fields, Pages, Forms, Tables).
• Experience with Duck Creek APIs and with Duck Creek debugging tools (TraceMonitor, ExampleUtil).

Responsibilities

• Lead client interactions by clarifying needs and aligning solutions with business goals.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand and translate requirements.
• Develop custom Duck Creek solutions via ManuScript configuration.
• Execute SQL-based queries to support development and troubleshooting.
• Plan and design future-state solutions aligning with client strategies.
• Own customer issues to drive timely resolution.
• Mentor other developers on the Duck Creek platform.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
