Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Designer to scale digital creative for its DTC channels across UK, US, Canada and Mexico. You’ll be deeply embedded in the product launch process, delivering on-brand creative from discovery to purchase in a high-volume environment.

The role requires 5+ years in digital or e-commerce design with a strong portfolio and expertise in Figma and AI-generated creative. Hybrid/fast-paced, tied to two global brands and broad product families.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital or e-commerce design
• Portfolio showing strong work across DTC or e-commerce environments, product launches, campaigns, conversion-focused creative
• Excellent graphic design, layout and typography
• Familiar with producing AI Generative Creative using node-based systems: Flora, Weavy; proficient in OpenAI or Claude

Responsibilities

• Design digital creative assets: Email, PDPs, landing pages, and on-site modules for UK, US, Canada and Mexico
• Collaborate with Sr Manager Creative DTC (In Market) and fellow Sr. Designers to execute creative at scale
• Interpret briefs and category strategy to develop on-brand digital creative
• Apply and maintain SharkNinja's design system and brand standards across outputs
• Contribute creative concepts and design iterations through a structured review process
• Partner with marketing, GTM, and digital product teams
• Support performance creative with asset variants for testing across channels
• Stay current on best practices in e-commerce creative and digital design
