We are looking for an ambitious, highly conceptual, and hands‑on Senior Designer, Creative to help shape the visual future of our expanding brand portfolio. Operating out of our global headquarters in Needham, MA, this role is built for a visual storyteller who thrives at the intersection of premium brand design, digital commerce, and rapid execution.
As a Senior Designer, you won't just skin layout templates—you will work upstream with copywriters, art directors, and brand marketers, getting direct access to the engineering and R&D labs to build entire visual identities from the ground up. You excel at taking a raw product concept and turning it into a beautiful, cohesive, and high‑performing design ecosystem. From defining packaging look‑and‑feel to engineering scroll‑stopping digital, retail, and social assets, you will be a major driver of the visual identity for multi‑billion‑dollar global brands.
In 30 Days: You have fully integrated into our Needham creative team, aligned with your core copy and art direction partners, and mastered the unique visual guidelines and strategic goals of your assigned product portfolio.
In 90 Days: You are independently taking raw product briefs and driving the visual identity for upcoming campaigns—pitching 3+ distinct, high‑impact design directions that span from packaging lockups down to mobile‑first social assets.
In 1 Year: You have designed and launched high‑performing global campaigns that have fundamentally shifted consumer perception and driven record‑breaking product adoption. Your design frameworks have up‑leveled the visual output of the Needham headquarters, delivering work that is "Outrageously Extraordinary."
Pay Range: $72,400 - $100,000 USD. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
