Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) seeks a Direct Support Professional IV - Campus/Shift Coordinator at the San Antonio State Supported Living Center. The role oversees campus activities, coordinates shift coverage, and ensures ongoing care, treatment and support for residents.

A driver’s license is required, with multiple shifts available including evenings. Salary ranges from $4,094.50 to $5,094.16 per month.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a supervisory/lead role with people with disabilities or mental health needs.
• Ability to manage multiple shifts and coordinate staff coverage.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and administration.

Responsabilités

• Organizes, coordinates and oversees activities and ensures facility-wide staff coverage.
• Coordinates all shift activities within residential services.
• Ensures care, treatment and support activities are ongoing.
• Provides coaching and in-service training to staff as needed.
• Acts as contact for abuse/neglect and first responding staff for incidents.
