Job summary

Aptiv is hiring a Senior Embedded Software Engineer - DSP Software in Carmel, IN to advance radar and autonomous vehicle projects. You will develop embedded software for DSP-based radar systems, implement algorithms, and contribute to software quality through reviews and testing in an agile environment.

The role requires 5+ years in embedded development, DSP experience, and a Bachelor’s degree. Domestic relocation within the USA is offered where applicable.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
5+ years of embedded software design and development experience.
Digital Signal Processing experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and integrate embedded software for Radar DSP in support of Adjacent Markets.
Develop software, designs for new functionality, or enhancements for radar/autonomy projects.
Write code in C/C++ and perform testing with debuggers, emulators, simulators.
Contribute to code reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Perform root cause analysis and outline corrective actions.
Use software engineering tools and participate in agile development.
