Job summary

Aptiv is seeking an experienced Automotive GPU Programmer specializing in Radar Signal Processing to join our team in Carmel, Indiana. You will design, implement, and optimize GPU-based radar algorithms for ADAS and autonomous driving, ensuring real-time performance and robust integration with automotive software stacks.

The role requires a Master’s in CS/EE and 3+ years in GPU programming and radar processing, with proficiency in CUDA, C/C++, Python, and MATLAB, plus experience with ISO

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in GPU programming and radar signal processing for automotive or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Algorithm Development: Design, implement, and optimize radar signal processing algorithms for GPU-based platforms in automotive applications.
• Performance Optimization: Utilize GPU parallelism and memory management techniques to achieve real-time radar processing.
• Integration & Testing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate radar processing within ADAS and autonomous driving systems.
• System Debugging & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs related to radar processing on GPU platforms.
• Collaborative Development: Work with radar system engineers, hardware teams, and software developers to deliver high-performance solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain technical docs and code comments for clear communication across teams.
