Job summary

Myers Capital Hawaii, LLC is seeking a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer for DSCR & Bridge Lending. This full-time remote role focuses on originating loans for real estate investors, developers, builders, and mortgage broker partners.

You will build relationships with borrowers and brokers, structure financing, and guide loans through underwriting and closing, leveraging our private capital and balance-sheet lending capabilities for faster decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven loan officer with DSCR, bridge, private money, or CRE loan closings.
• Experience building relationships with mortgage brokers and referral sources.
• Strong knowledge of real estate lending, underwriting, leverage, collateral, liquidity, and exit strategies.
• Ability to structure and manage complex transactions from initial opportunity through closing.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close DSCR, bridge, and related loans for real estate investors.
• Develop and manage relationships with borrowers and mortgage brokers.
• Structure financing solutions and move deals efficiently through underwriting.
