Job summary

Casey Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Drywall Superintendent to lead on-site drywall operations, ensure safety, and keep projects on schedule and within budget. You will supervise field crews, coordinate logistics, and work with General Contractors and clients to maintain strong relationships.

Ideal candidates have extensive drywall superintendent experience, proficiency in project management tools, and a hands-on leadership style focused on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of commercial drywall experience as a Superintendent.
• Ability to instruct on methods/materials to labor and project team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and time management software.
• Ability to lead people and develop strong team and customer relationships.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work while wearing PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial drywall projects and supervise field employees.
• Ensure safety standards are followed on all jobs.
• Create and update construction schedules; monitor quality and production.
• Coordinate jobsite logistics and coordinate with GC and clients.
• Develop field foremen and lead team via performance management.
