Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead large commercial drywall projects with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will manage field foremen, recruit and evaluate crew, build strong relationships with General Contractors, and ensure adherence to company standards. This role offers growth within an employee-owned company with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of commercial drywall experience.
• Proven ability to lead people and develop strong customer relationships.
• Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and focus.
• Understands drywall and ceiling industry labor, materials and methods.
• Computer & technology savvy.

Responsibilities

• Run large commercial drywall projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and production standards.
• Develop and mentor foremen; recruit, select, and evaluate personnel on assigned jobs.
• Ensure on-time and on-budget completion; manage client relationships with General Contractors.
• Enforce safety rules and company policies; coordinate with Safety Team.
• Provide training and系velopment for team members to improve performance.
