Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to manage on-site activities for a small to mid-size project, applying JE Dunn processes and tools to project management, administration and field execution. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent construction experience.
• 3+ years construction experience required.
• Knowledge of construction management processes.
• Familiarity with safety and QA/QC programs.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety and quality plan activities and mentors others.
• Coordinates QA/QC planning to ensure quality.
• Participates in estimating and change management; reviews subcontractor proposals.
• Works on site with the project team to monitor crew size, materials and equipment.
• Prepares project daily and weekly reports and maintains documentation.
• Leads the submittal process to align with the project schedule.
• Develops and manages the project schedule and work plan.
• Reviews subcontractor and vendor pay applications.
