Job summary

Rock Spring Contracting, LLC is seeking a Drywall Foreman to oversee large commercial drywall jobs. The role requires strong on-site leadership, coordination with the Superintendent and Project Manager, and a focus on safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The Foreman will read plans, supervise crews, manage manpower, and ensure quality control. Candidates should be proficient in blueprint interpretation and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to read plans and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Proficient in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Able to multi-task, prioritize work, and manage time effectively.
• OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret plans and specs; perform layouts for all job types.
• Determine manpower needs based on budget and schedule; communicate requirements on site.
• Lead on-site activities; supervise Rock Spring and GC staff; enforce quality control.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct toolbox talks; present professionalism on site.
• Assist with RFIs and field changes; track tickets and material requests.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and manage on-site reporting.
